Besides strengthening and leveraging the CEMS partnership, A.T. Kearney employs many CEMS alumni who maintain the alliance’s unique spirit through the newly established CEMS Club@ATK.

Women Consulting Café: A.T. Kearney
A.T. Kearney organized an informal coffee chat where female consultants discussed and answered questions from students about the professional life of women in Consulting as well as the A.T. Kearney application process.  

As the majority of participants stated that their objectives were to meet and mingle with some of the A.T. Kearney women, learn what A.T. Kearney is doing to develop and retain women and understand how women are able to work in a Management Consulting profession, the A.T. Kearney team present on site shared a short presentation addressing these objectives and opened the panel for small groups, one-on-one chats and Q&A between a group of female consultants and students. From “How many times have you advised CEOs of Fortune 500 companies?” to “Do you have time for yoga during the week?” all formal and informal questions were discussed and addressed over a coffee at the American University of Beirut.

Rally paper
A.T. Kearney as the platinum sponsor to AUB’s rally paper flagship event hosted the “AUB and A.T. Kearney Rally paper 2017”, a two-day event where participants answered questions, underwent physical challenges, and chased impossible-to-find treasures. A.T. Kearney contributed with a set of questions and challenges that tested students and pushed them to reach out to the global A.T. Kearney community to secure answers and lock-down treasures. As a result, A.T. Kearney was mentioned on the radio 100 times, experienced an unusual boost in its social media channels engagements, and had 36 of its offices around the world visited.

The event was also a great opportunity for A.T. Kearney to engage with the AUB community and the group of organizers who displayed passion and leadership - essential qualities for successful management consultants.

Utilities and Telco JV Go-to-Market Strategy: Another Thrilling Business Project with CEMS Prague
This year again, we introduced a young international team of CEMS students from University of Economics in Prague to the fascinating world of management consulting. For three months, we simulated a real client consulting experience—development of a go-to-market strategy for a JV of utility and telco companies.

A.T. Kearney Russia Participates in CEMS White Nights
A.T. Kearney’s Russian office recently participated in the CEMS White Nights in St. Petersburg. CEMS White Nights is an event that brings together around 60 alumni, student, and business partners from around Europe and is discussion platform for relevant business topics. This year the guests and senior speakers were discussing the topic of ‘Doing Business in Russia During Crisis.’ It was the second time A.T. Kearney supported the event and provided moderators, discussion content, and organizational support.
