A.T. Kearney’s Russian office recently participated in the CEMS White Nights in St. Petersburg. CEMS White Nights is an event that brings together around 60 alumni, student, and business partners from around Europe and is discussion platform for relevant business topics. This year the guests and senior speakers were discussing the topic of ‘Doing Business in Russia During Crisis.’ It was the second time A.T. Kearney supported the event and provided moderators, discussion content, and organizational support.

Our Russian office is very active in working together with CEMS, the Global Alliance for Management Education, and its member school GSOM in St. Petersburg to teach, train and recruit top talent to our team. In another recent event, four of our colleagues form he Moscow office conducted a workshop with more than 30 participants. The “Industry Analysis: Systematic Approach to Structuring” workshop contained breakout sessions and in the end the students presented their findings to the “board”.

We received great feedback from the participants. One student said, “An interesting presentation of industry analysis with many details not often found in presentations or workshops.” Another said, “the language of the presentation was simple, lively, and friendly.”

“It was a pleasure to see so many international students in one room and we sincerely enjoyed the workshop,” said Evgeni Mitassov, consultant. “The students showed good deal of knowledge of the topic and were able to tackle the tasks in a very creative way. Student teams made strong appearance during group presentations and substantiated their answers properly.”

We strive to support and employ the best and the brightest amongst young graduates. Talented people are our key resource for generating best solutions to our clients. We look forward to seeing you at more of our events soon.
